Getting started with your cargo e-bike

REGISTERING AND RESERVING CARGO E-BIKES

We're thrilled to introduce the Cargo E-bike Library, one of the fastest, most efficient, eco-friendly, and fun ways to get around town! Users can check out cargo e-bikes for one day to run errands, pick up groceries, ride with the family, and then return the bike for others. This program is for Southwest residents and nearby neighbors (including Navy Yard and Capitol Hill).

Cargo e-bikes will not use apps, but you will be given a key to unlock the bike.

FAQs for Cargo E-bikes

How do I physically receive the cargo e-bike?

  • Arrive at 420 4th St. SW (Cargo E-bikes) during your reservation window.

  • Staff will give you a Cargo E-bike with equipment.

How do I return the cargo e-bike?

  • The rental window is the same day and will be returned to your pick-up location by 4 PM.

  • After returning your bike, please fill out a survey.
